INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp Super Breakfast Extra Protein – Red Berries

200g Greek-style plant-based yoghurt

1 tbsp maple or agave syrup

1–2 tbsp Peanut Butter

Fresh strawberries and blackberries, to serve

METHOD

In a small bowl or mug, mix the Super Breakfast with the yoghurt until smooth.

Line the base of a serving jar with thin slices of strawberries, then add the porridge mixture on top.

Finish with a layer of peanut butter and fresh red berries.
