INGREDIENTS

INGREDIENTS - LAYER 1

 2 tablespoon Chia Iswari seeds

 75 ml plant-based drink with no added sugar


INGREDIENTS - LAYER 2

 50g of frozen red fruits

 75ml plant-based drink with no added sugar

 1⁄4 small frozen bananas cut into strips

METHOD

  1.  Mix all the ingredients for Layer 1 in a bowl. Pour contents into a cup and refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
  2.  Blend the ingredients for Layer 2 until a creamy paste is formed, pour over the cup and sprinkle with fruit and seeds to taste.
