Granola - For 25 doses

INGREDIENTS

4 cups of oatmeal 

1 cup and a half chopped walnuts (substitute walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, etc.) 

2 tablespoons of Iswari Chia seeds 

1 teaspoon of salt 

3 tablespoons of coconut oil 

METHOD

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 

2. In a bowl, combine the orange zest, oatmeal, dried fruit, seeds and salt. Add the melted coconut oil and mix. 

3. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180°C on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow the granola to cool. 

4. Serve with vegetable yoghurt.
