INGREDIENTS

1.5 cups plant-based milk

1 avocado

4 tablespoons Awakening Bowl Maca & Vanilla Iswari

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 cup frozen mango

0.5 cup frozen spinach or 1 cup fresh spinach

5 mint leaves

METHOD

1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy

2. Serve immediately.
