INGREDIENTS

180gr of Pancake & Waffle Mix Almond, Apple & Maca Iswari

1 tea spoon of yeast

2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar Iswari

1 pinch of pink salt

2 tablespoons corn starch

2 cups of vegetable drink

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

METHOD

In a bowl, add the vegetable drink with the apple cider vinegar and mix it with a wire rod until it forms a small foam on the surface. 

In another bowl mix the dry ingredients.

Mix all the ingredients until it forms a smooth, lump-free dough.

Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan to a medium heat.

Once heated, spoon the mixture onto the pan, without waiting, take the pan by the handle, and rotate to spread the mixture over the entire area of the pan.

Repeat this process until all the mixture has been used up.

Serve with fruit and yogurt for a more complete, nutritious and tasty meal.
