INGREDIENTS

½ cup of Iswari Coconut Sugar

Fresh ginger (about 5 cm)

1 cup of water

1 cinnamon stick

2 orange peels 

½ orange cut into slices

½ lime cut into slices

Ice

1,5 liters of water

METHOD

1. Heat together the sugar, cinnamon stick, orange peel and water.

2. Bring to a boil and keep the fire low until the ingredients completely reduce (about 15 minutes are needed).

3. Remove from the fire, filter and cool it.
