 For about 25 small balls

INGREDIENTS

300g of pitted dates 

300g of roasted hazelnuts (if you buy them plain, put them in the oven for about 5 minutes at 180°C with a cooking time on top) 

2 tablespoons Iswari Almond Butter 

3 tablespoons Iswari Cocoa powder 

METHOD

1. In a blender, reduce dates and hazelnuts to a paste. 

2. Add the almond butter and cocoa powder and blend again. 

3. If necessary, add a little water to obtain a very creamy texture. 

4. Form small balls and place them in a box in the refrigerator.
