Super Vegan Protein Peanut & Maca provides 4,2g of BCCA (leucine, isoleucine and valine) per dose. These branched-chain amino acids are deemed essential as they are crucial for the organism. They are present in all the proteins of the body, mainly in the muscle tissue, as they are metabolised directly in the muscles and provide energy for doing activity.

Alto contenuto di proteine, circa il 160% dei VNR. Contiene l’amminoacido essenziale lisina in una percentuale superiore rispetto alle proteine del riso. È particolarmente adatta alla crescita muscolare, poiché ha un elevato contenuto di BCAA. I BCAA sono tre amminoacidi a catena ramificata — leucina, isoleucina e valina — che il nostro organismo non è in grado di produrre e che possiamo ottenere solo tramite l’alimentazione o l’integrazione.
Si ottiene dalla macinazione delle arachidi tostate e da una parziale estrazione del grasso. Questo semplice processo è rilevante dal punto di vista nutrizionale, perché diminuisce il valore energetico (kcal) di questa frutta secca, mantenendo il sapore, le fibre e aumentando la quantità di proteine nel prodotto finale. Aiuta a rafforzare il contenuto proteico del mix (la farina di arachidi ha 50g di proteine/100g).
L'inclusione di questa frutta essiccata in polvere ci permette non solo di aumentare il contenuto di potassio delle miscele (che contribuisce, in particolare, a mantenere la pressione sanguigna normale), ma anche di evitare di dover aggiungere zucchero.
Contiene circa il 149% dei VNR di proteine. Presenta numerosi amminoacidi ed è facilmente digeribile e ipoallergenica.

Add 4 soup spoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout!
