INGREDIENTS

50g Iswari Peanut Protein Mug Cake mix

4 tablespoons plant based milk

2 tablespoons olive oil

I tablespoon peanut butter

Fresh berries

METHOD

In a mug, mix together the mug cake mix, plant based milk and olive oil.

Heat in the microwave according to the package instructions.

Top with peanut butter and fresh berries before serving.
