INGREDIENTS

1 large banana, frozen

100ml oat plant based milk

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

30g Awakening Bowl Maca & Vanilla  Iswari

1 tablespoon Maca Powder Iswari

30g SVF Peanut Butter

50g coconut yoghurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Garnish (optional)

Banana

SVF Peanut Butter

Buckwheat groats

Pure maple syrup

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Garnish the inside of a serving glass with thinly sliced banana coins.

Pour the smoothie into the glass.

Top with extra chopped banana, peanut butter, buckwheat groats, and a drizzle of maple syrup
